CranioSacral Therapy: Where Science Meets Soulwork

As an advanced CranioSacral practitioner with extensive training and a deep commitment to holistic healing, Kiva offers a refined and integrative approach to this profoundly restorative modality. CranioSacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle yet powerful hands-on technique that works with the body’s central nervous system to support physical health, emotional well-being, and spiritual alignment. Rooted in osteopathic principles and supported by emerging neuroscience, CST engages with the CranioSacral system—the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that surround and nourish the brain and spinal cord—to release deep-seated tension, enhance circulation, and restore the body’s natural rhythmic intelligence.

Through finely attuned touch and years of cultivated sensitivity, Kiva helps clients access deep states of rest and self-repair. This therapy doesn’t just treat symptoms; it invites a reorganization of the whole system from within. Many clients report shifts that are not only physical—such as relief from migraines, chronic pain, or nervous system dysregulation—but also emotional and spiritual, including a heightened sense of presence, clarity, and inner peace. CranioSacral Therapy is as much a therapeutic art as it is a spiritual practice, creating a sacred space for transformation where the body’s innate wisdom can emerge and guide the healing journey.

What To Expect In Your Session

When you receive CranioSacral you can expect to be fully clothed, preferably with comfortable, loose fitting clothing so as to not restrict the tissues or the flow of fluid and energy in the body. Your session may take place on the bodywork table or the shiatsu floor mat, both are padded and have heating options to soothe your body and nervous system.

During your session you are in control and you have permission to move your body in any way it wants to, you can take restroom breaks, and you can ask for anything you need at any time. When you receive CranioSacral you can talk or not talk during your session, you may ask questions or share revelations, you can and very well may fall asleep. You can emote, laugh, or cry, you are invited to be yourself, whatever that looks and sounds like. CranioSacral is a neutral, non-judgmental healing container, and everything that happens in session stays in session, your privacy is always respected.
